Reimbursable expenses include: travel (economy class), accommodation (up to $200/night), meals (up to $75/day), and software licenses required for project delivery. All expenses must be submitted with receipts within 30 days and pre-approved by the client's project manager.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems and APIs.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.

1. STANDARD PROVISIONS: This agreement is legally binding upon execution and governs all interactions between the parties.
