The parties entered into a Service Agreement dated January 15, 2025, under which Party A provided software consulting services. A dispute arose regarding delayed deliverables for Milestone 3 and the associated withholding of $22,500 in payment by Party B. After good-faith negotiations, the parties have agreed to resolve all outstanding claims through this Settlement Agreement without further litigation.
