5. Data Types

Full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards is expected at all times. Both parties have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice prior to entering into this arrangement and confirm their understanding of all obligations contained herein.
6. Security Obligations
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access. Measures include: • AES-256 encryption for all data at rest. • TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit. • Role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege principles. • Regular penetration testing and security audits. • ISO 27001-compliant information security management system.
7. Sub Processors
Authorised sub-processors engaged for data processing activities: • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure hosting (USA/EU regions). • Stripe Inc. — Payment processing (USA). • Google LLC — Analytics and workspace tools (USA). • Zendesk Inc. — Customer support ticketing (USA). All sub-processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) ensuring GDPR-equivalent data protection standards. The Controller shall be notified of any intended changes to sub-processors with 30 days notice.
