Phase 4: QA Testing & Bug Fixing (2 weeks)
Phase 5: UAT & Client Sign-off (1 week)
Phase 6: Deployment & Go-Live (1 week)
Phase 7: Post-Launch Support (Ongoing — 90 days warranty)

Total project cost: $15,500.
50% upfront deposit required to commence work.
25% milestone payment due upon completion of Phase 2.
25% final balance due upon project delivery and sign-off.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

1. STANDARD PROVISIONS: This agreement is legally binding upon execution and governs all interactions between the parties.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or business interruption.
3. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is permissible in cases of material breach.
4. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
