Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement is made effective as of Example Text, between John Doe ("Employer") located at New York, NY, and John Doe ("Employee") located at New York, NY.

1. Position and Duties

Employee will serve as Senior Specialist. Key duties:
Develop and maintain software systems.
Code review and technical mentorship.

2. Compensation

$120,000 base salary, paid bi-weekly.

3. Probation

The first Example Text shall be considered a probationary period.

4. Additional Terms

Standard NDA and IP clauses apply. Payment due within 30 days.
