Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement is made effective as of Example Text, between John Doe ("Employer") located at New York, NY, and John Doe ("Employee") located at New York, NY.

Employee will serve as Senior Specialist. Key duties:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems and APIs. • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers. • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements. • Participate in on-call rotations and resolve production incidents promptly. • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product quality.

$120,000 base salary, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance (employer covers 80%). 401(k) with company matching up to 5% of base salary. Annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. 20 days paid vacation, 10 sick days, and all federal holidays.

The first Example Text shall be considered a probationary period.

1. STANDARD PROVISIONS: This agreement is legally binding upon execution and governs all interactions between the parties. 2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue or business interruption. 3. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is permissible in cases of material breach. 4. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
